Natalie's Score: 90/100Terrific balance! Great refreshment with some herbal and lifted lime notes but not too grassy. A nice richness that you often don't see on sauvignon blanc from New Zealand. If you haven't tried New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, start with this one.
Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: chicken salad, pork tenderloin, linguine, avocado and papaya salad. Plush Pork Wine

This biodynamic and organic sauvignon blanc is a great example of what New Zealand does best! With racy acidity, ample minerality and some herbaceous notes, it stands out among some of the better ones that I have tried in this price range. It paired well with a baked ham and fresh pineapple. It also screams of being a perfect match with seafood or it would be refreshingly crisp on it's own.

Well balanced, lots of delicious lemon and lime, ripe peaches noted as well, medium body and great acidity.
