This wine received the Special Designation: Commended at the 2013 Decanter World Wine Awards. Rich notes of oak, toast and vanilla on the nose intermingling with ripe fruit. Generous and flavourful with a smooth and creamy texture and an intriguing touch of spice on the finish. This will reward 3-5 years in the cellar, and is a perfect opportunity to get an early taste of just how great 2010 was in the Médoc. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, April 2013
