This lovely dessert wine is a steal at this price, and it's not cloyingly sweet so it'll pair well with fruit flans, biscotti and angel cake. A traditional blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Gorgeous aromas of ripe apricot, peach and pear.

Melissa Pulvermacher WSET rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

If you are a fan of Sauternes, this wine will pleasantly surprise you. For the price, you really cannot go wrong. I was very pleased with how well balanced and delicately sweet this wine is. On the nose, I get a lot of raisin and dried fig with a lingering aroma of Christmas cake and candied ginger. On the palate, I taste the caramelized top of creme brulee with a creamy and supple finish that keeps on giving minutes after. I would pair this wine with creme brulee or a fine Gorgonzola cheese. (Sept 2014)

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
