The rose I drink for personal pleasure and stock up every year. Bone-dry, complex with field berry notes and a long, dry finish.

Rosé food pairings: crab cakes with aioli.

Reviews and Ratings

Sandra Smith rated this wine as 100/100 with the following review:

Much better last year. Flat and overpowering this year
Gabriel Israel rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

an amazing pairing with John's unbelieveable fishsoup with fish sausage - pair made in heaven!
Tavel Rosé was the favoured wine of The Sun King, Louis XIV of France (1638-1715). Now you’ll look bright for serving it at your table. Remarkably robust. Made with mostly Grenache with Cinsaut in support. Aromas feature strawberry, Asian pear, candy apple, sour cherry and a hint of earth. Serious, dry rosé with fairly impressive oomph to the mid-palate and the tangy, flavourful finish. Source: Vintages Wine Panel

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
