A beautifully balanced, rich and layered Bordeaux wine at a great price from the hilly terrain of Lussac, a satellite appellation of Saint-Émilion. Lots of ripe dark fruit, tobacco, and vanilla on the nose. Elegantly smooth, medium-bodied with ripe blackberry, plum, vanilla and pepper spice flavours, savoury and satisfying on the palate. Good now, better in a year of two to further integrate tannins.

Château Bonnin Pichon 2015 Grande Reserve is a lush and layered Merlot and Cabernet Franc red blend with grapes sourced from the Lussac appellation of Saint-Émilion wine region. Elegant and plushy with layers of ripe plum, dark berry fruit, crushed raspberry, mocha and flinty pepper flavours on the palate. Good acidity for food. pair with a pork tenderloin en croute. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
