Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Great value! Aromas of ripe raspberry, blackberry, with black pepper, earth and warm spice. Full bodied with smooth tannins on the palate and bright acidity. Berry flavours are bright and there is a hint of pepper on the finish. Enjoy with grilled steak or beef kebabs.
From KWV, Cathedral Cellar Shiraz is a full-bodied, food-friendly and easy-to-love Shiraz from the Western Cape wine region. Look for a mouthful or ripe dark berry, plum, leather, smoked meat, savoury herb and spicy flavours on the palate. Pair with roast partridge, pheasant or a grilled venison tenderloin. - Community Wine Reviews
