Cabriz Dão Sul Rosé 2011
Cabriz Dão Sul Rosé 2011 Wine Review
Delightful, fresh, dry and straight-forward with faint notes of small, field strawberries. 4.4/5 Rosé food pairings: barbecued pork, churrasco chicken.

|This wine blends two indigenous varieties, the famous Port grape, Touriga Nacional, and an important black grape native to the Dão region, Alfrocheiro. Intriguing aromas of red cherry, strawberry, red licorice and tropical fruit. Soft, juicy and medium bodied. A kiss of tannins adds nice structure. Chill this down and sip it.
