Natalie's Score: 93/100

Lovely and juicy with fleshy cherry aromas and flavours. Liquid satin in a glass. Fleshy field cherries with a luxuriously smooth texture. Not heavy yet so full of character. Extremely elegant and versatile with many dishes. Lovely rich dark cherry aromas of the nose unfold to dark plum and some dried herbs on the palate. Full-bodied for pinot, yet balanced and elegant. Concentrated flavours in this BC VQA wine with a long finish. Polished tannins and elegant structure. Great craftsmanship here. Pair with planked salmon or grilled tuna. The wine is unfiltered and un-fined for maximum flavour. One of Canada's best.

Pinot Noir food pairings: Peking duck, rotisserie chicken stuffed, planked salmon.
