Reviews and Ratings

Philippe Perreault - Sommelier rated this wine as 84/100 with the following review:

This wine is a blend of Pedro Ximenex, Montepila, Moscato, Verdejo and Airen.

It's the same style of wine as Sherry (also know as Xérès or Jerez)but from Montilla Moriles, for those who know Sherry!

Pale golden color with complex aromas of orange peel, almond, fine herbs and Sea salt.

This full bodied wines is very driy on the palate and very long.

Serve it at 8-10 degrees.

Can be aged for a long time as this is less susceptible to oxidation!

Pair it with tasty cheese, a good dish of tapas or snail.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
