A spectacular blend of Bordeaux grapes. (You can find out which grapes and the proportion when you remove the capsule... No peaking in the store!) Gorgeously ripe aromas of blackberries and cassis wrapped in a luxuriously long smoky blanket. One for the cellar.

Kirsch, berry jam, chocolate and brown spice aromas, with subtle tobacco leaf and grilled pepper notes. Chocolate leads the palate, which boasts impressive complexity, lively acidity and a long mocha tobacco finish … Decant now or cellar for six months to five years. Score: 4 ½ (out of 5) Source: Christopher Waters, The Ottawa Sun

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
