Vintages Wine Panel: This is a not-to-miss value if you love the typically crisp, bone-dry versions of Riesling from Alsace. The nose is fairly complex featuring aromas of stony mineral, citrus fruit (particularly lime), yellow apple, floral and even a smoky note. It’s dry, medium bodied with a bright seam of acidity providing balance and a crisp, clean finish. My note: A dry, classic Alsatian Riesling with notes of lime and green apples. Crisp and refreshing.

Riesling food pairings: poached salmon, steamed mussels.
