Very Old World: not fruity at all, lots of acidity. Some faint floral notes and earth. Interesting to see how it will evolve. Could go in so many directions. Thomas, tell us.

Pinot Noir food pairings: veal medallions, lamb in a red wine sauce, roasted pork loin, coq au vin, venison burgers.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
