Love the black pepper juiciness of this red! Fleshy black cherries with some tart blackberries mingled in. Absolutely delicious!

This wine was made by traditional method by drying grapes for month.
That gives wine complex and pleasant taste and aromas. Medium body, good balance of acidity, light tannin, and a little smoky.
Very nice wine. Good with pasta, light meat dishes, light cheese.
|The wine is made with the traditional Corvina and the still-rare (recently resurrected from extinction) Oseleta grapes. Made from grapes dried for about one month, this wine has intriguing aromas of sun-dried tomatoes, sweet black cherry, vanilla bean, tar and smoke. Dry with lots of partially dried fruit flavours, fine tannins and a lifting acidity for freshness to complete the package. Source: Vintages Wine Panel|
