Indian Grilled Chicken Breast With Ginger Orange Raita

8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
½ T minced garlic
½ T minced ginger
1 T annapanna curry powder

Marinate chicken with garlic, ginger and curry powder and grill.

Ginger Orange Raita

1 cup plain yogurt
½ T minced ginger
1/4 english cucumber – grated and excess liquid removed
1 Tsp orange zest
1 T orange juice
