If you want to impress your guests this is the wine for you. One word comes to mind when I taste this, UNIQUE, well I lied also DELICIOUS. A blend of 15 aromatic white grapes grown 100% in Nova Scotia on the Bay of Fundy. Lively fizz dances in the glass surrounded by a peachy pink brilliant hue. Aromas of peach, honey, country roses and candied ginger. Flavors or more honey, roses and citrus fruit. It’s a unique bold yet elegant hit of acidity and sweetness WOW! It’s a fusion of racy and happy and exciting on the palate. It reminds me of sweet tarts. I would enjoy it with something spicy but usually end up drinking two bottles in my hottub when I can find it!

Not a wimpy washed out Riesling! Its on the rich, bold side and it is my one of my favourite Ontario Rieslings (perhaps my favourite). Crystal clear pale straw. Big aromas of velvet petrol with some tangerine. Tasted like candied lime zest, peach and tropical fruit. Has a long refreshing finish with a nice balanced acidity to hold up the rich fruit. Its ultra refreshing, not light and not sour. Enjoyed with a vegan Caesar salad topped with spicy garlic shrimp.

Wow. I saved this wine for a long time. It’s sensual, it’s deep and it’s racy! One of those things that I saved for last and so worth it! Dark, broody and juicy with a vibrant finish!! Delicious! Enjoyed in March 2021.

Wow!! Riesling is a staple in my house and I've been drinking it for a long time. This one changed the game! It's concentrated goodness in the glass! It's so decadent at 7.5% alcohol too. Enticing satin aromas of ripe peach, apricot jelly and petrol. Tempered acidity holds candied lemon zest, juicy peach and the finish is fresh and ripe! So balanced on the ying and yang (sweet and tang)!!! This Riesling is a spatlese (the second hierarchy of six on the sugar level in grapes). I would imagine this would be killer with some hot chicken wings!

Such a stand out example of a delicious Sauvignon Blanc from the Sauvignon Blanc Capital of the world. Bold, creamy passion fruit and ripe pear aromas hit you in the face followed by some clean herbaceous notes. No cat pee resides here, expect a nice round wine with good backbone! Medium body and tastes like ripe white grapefruit, unripe green kiwi and salinity. The finish has clean acidity boasting lime zest. Wow I met my new love!
