Lovely honeysuckle and apple blossom on the nose and palate of this vibrant, mouth-watering Niagara white wine made from Riesling grapes. Light-bodied but packed with flavour and acidity. Pair with fresh seafood.

Riesling food pairings: roast chicken, spicy pasta dishes, shrimp tempura, grilled salmon with lemon sauce, duck liver pate.

With a long and warm ripening season Niagara’s Riesling thrived in 2015. Just off-dry, bright and fruit-forward, it was crafted with the addition of unfermented juice (süssreserve) to perfectly balance acidity and its natural sweetness. It delivers abundant aromas and flavours of lemon drops, green apples, ripe peaches and honey with a touch of minerality. Perfect for spring and summer patio sipping and a great match with slightly spicy dishes.

Rosewood's popular Süssreserve Riesling benefits from a top-up of pure unfermented sweet Riesling juice to add an extra bit of refreshing delicious flavour to this unique style of wine. Off dry, it's loaded with sweet orchard fruit, with a sweet and tangy finish. Terrific with spicy Asian dishes, BBQ fare, or fresh summer salads with balsamic dressing and fresh cut fruit.
