A lightly spritzed (fizz) wine with aromas of bubblegum, strawberry jam and bananas and a little effervescence on the tongue. Serve well chilled.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Lightly effervescent, this is a great summer wine! Blended from Vidal and Chambourcin, aromas include orange, ripe strawberry and red red licorice. Slightly sweet (medium) on the palate but that light frizzante helps to balance and ensure it's not overly sweet. Enjoy as an aperitif, or with fruit based desserts. You can also enjoy well-chilled on a sunny afternoon on it's own.
Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 84/100 with the following review:

Crackling rosé made in the Charmat method. Bright strawberry and citrus aromas and flavours. Lightly offdry, the sugar content works nicely with the acidity and body. Composed of 95% Vidal and 5% Chambourcin. Enjoy well chilled with hors d'oeuvres, white meat, and fruity desserts.
