Ott By. Ott 2023 Rosé is a vibrant, refreshing Côtes de Provence wine made from Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Mourvèdre grapes. Bursting with fresh, juicy flavors of ripe strawberry, citrus, and a hint of crisp spring rain minerality, it’s a delightful, easy-drinking rosé. With its bright acidity and smooth finish, it’s perfect for pairing with a spring greens salad, cold roast turkey sandwiches, or enjoying on its own. Domaines Ott, founded in 1912 by Marcel Ott, continues its legacy under the ownership of Louis Roederer, producing wines that embody the essence of southern France.

Rosé food pairings: strawberry spinach salad, cold roast turkey sandwiches, veal scaloppini.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

A gorgeous rosé, reminds me of a warm summer day but you can drink this all year round. Aromas of wild strawberry, amd orange cream, along with hints of zesty lime. Medium bodied, with vibrant acidity and a lovely balance of bright berry and fresh citrus notes on the palate. Enjoy as a summer sipper, or with smoked salmon and cream cheese appetizers.
