Butterscotch rich and voluptuous yet not heavy or cloying. Layers of pleasure and toasted almond. This winery is rising fast. Pair with roasted chicken.

Reviews and Ratings

Carola Price rated this wine as 95/100 with the following review:

Vanilla, coconut, marmalade and peachy flavours. Very clean and interesting. The flavour is a wonderful blend of big bodied and restrained. It is not overly oaked and has a long finish. It is well balanced and likely made for long term enjoyment.
Pair with grilled pork and peaches, vegetable salads and tacos with tons of guacamole.
Drink now to 6 years.
Sylvain Segard rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Medium intensity pear, apple, vanilla and butterscotch aroma. The lively acidity supports a well-structured creamy Chardonnay. Lovely on its own or to pair with shellfish.
David Skinner rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Light gold. Aromas of apple, pear and melon with a nice butterscotch nuance. A creamy texture and good acidity support flavours of apple and pear. A medium finish

A wine that can easily be consumed on its own but would do quite well with poultry or shellfish.
Jacky Blisson rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Pale yellow gold. Moderately intense nose featuring butterscotch, ripe peach, citrus and honeyed melon. Vibrant acidity lifts the medium bodied, moderately creamy, layered palate. The malo, lees character is fairly subtle here, as is the well integrated oak. The finish is tangy, lifted and moderately persistent.
Donna Hargrove rated this wine as 82/100 with the following review:

Warm pear and apple on the nose, which continues on the tongue. Medium acidity on finish. Pair with tasted poultry or herbed pasta dishes.
