Polished black and red fruit, laced with spice. This Pinot Noir has medium body, juicy acidity, and a velvety smooth mouth-feel, the flavours linger on the elegant finish.
Drink now or cellar 3 - 5 years.
Pair with lamb or finer cuts of beef.

Roasted lamb, meat and cheese tray.

Fragrant strawberry and dried flower petals aromas. Pleasant ripe red berry and spice flavours. Moderately firm tannins, light to medium body, dry. Oak and a bit of pepper dominate the finish.
This medium-bodied Californian red wine finishes with sweet raspberry and vanilla smoke from oak aging. Pinot Noir is difficult to grow, and therefore generally pricier than other red wines.
