Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

A dry Riesling with aromas of tart apple, white grapefruit and minerality. The palate echos these and adds fresh peach and a touch of honey in a delicate, mouthwatering texture with fresh lemony finish. Very versatile with a with a wide variety of foods, from seafood to Thai dishes to turkey, but take time to savour a glass on its own, because it's so refreshing.
Tasted May 2017 at Benjamin Bridge Winery, Nova Scotia
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This is a hugely acidic uber dry Riesling with big lime Zest and saline properties and flinty minerality. Well structured. Fairly citrus centric, long lime and flint finish. Tasted 2015 vintage in Sept 2017. I'm curious to know how this fine Riesling will taste in both 5 and 10 years and how that acidity, minerality and fruit will play out with evolution. 90 points. Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
