So creamy and rich: love it. The taste of luxury. I love what this Champagne does to the top back roof of my mouth... tickle, caress. A light, luminescent hue in the glass like filtered sunshine after spring rain. A silky taste bud tease.

Chardonnay food pairings: shellfish, smoked salmon, sushi, sashimi.

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 94/100 with the following review:

Enticing lemon and brioche nose with a very delicate palate giving brioche, marzipan and lemon. Very fine persistent mousse, wonderful texture and lingering delicate finish. A wonderful way to celebrate a special occasion.

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Rich and creamy on the palate, complex layers of hazelnut, lemon brioche, ripening pear, green apple, lime zest. Crisp mouthwatering acidity, well balanced medium fruit and alcohol. Paired well with pan seared jumbo sea scallops. This beauty would go with almost any food and certainly is drinking well on its own. Tasted this Non vintage Champagne in Oct 2017. 93 points. @BespokeTastings
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Fresh vibrant blanched almond, yellow apple, citrus zest and floral forward Champagne. This full-bodied bubbly sips with enticing tickling bubbles and a tangy-apple finish. Enjoy with coconut battered fried shrimp and Thai Sweet Chili Relish. Tasted Oct 2017 by @sommsosa & @sommguidetravels.
Baron-Fuenté Grand Cépages Champagne is sparkly and with tiny fine bubbles -- just made for celebrations. The newest vintage needs some bottle age. Grand Cépages was also awarded a Silver Medal at Chardonnay du Monde 2012. - Community Wine Reviews
