Reviews and Ratings

Bernard rated this wine as 92/100
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This is a great steak / red meat wine for any night of the week. Aromas of purple plums, blackberry, graphite, sweet tobacco, and peppery spice. Full bodied, soft and supple on the palate, with ripe red and blackberry flavours, just a touch of spice, and a smooth finish.
Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

The Trius Syrah 2018 offers aromas of red plum, red cherry, lavender, tobacco leaf, allspice and espresso. A blend of 98% Syrah and 2% Viognier (a style known in the Nothern Rhone region) provides structure and body to the wine. This lovely Syrah delivers balance and a silky finish. Palate: cherry, plum, bay leaf, tobaco, smoke and cedar. Enjoy.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
