Hope Family Wines produces this full-bodied Californian white wine blend of tradition Rhone Valley grapes, such as Viognier and Marsanne. Love the richness and the viscous texture! Dried pineapple and apricot with layers and layers of lapping pleasure. Full-bodied with a long finish. Pair with roast turkey.

Reviews and Ratings

Lynn van der Linde - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Brilliant golden hue in the glass, with aromas of dried apricots, almond and toffee, with a hit of citrus mid-palate, and a continuation of lingering apricot.
Perfect with spicy dishes or desserts. 91 pts.
Tasted June 2017.
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

This Treana white is a blend of 50% Marsanne and 50% Viognier. These Rhone varietals are well suited to the cooler growing season of the California Central Coast. 95% of the juice was fermented in French oak of which 25% was new oak then aged on it's lees for nine months. The remaining 5% was fermented in S/S. The result is a full-bodied wine with deep lemon colour and oily rim. Rich aromas and flavours of stone fruit, dried apricot, smoke, floral, white pepper, buttered toast. Warming alcohol and medium acidity. Good length on a creamy finish. A little more acidity would have bumped it up a little more for me personally. Good turkey with stuffing wine.
Tasted: December 2014
