An expressive rosé with inviting aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and watermelon, accented by delicate citrus zest and floral notes. The palate is light to medium-bodied, dry and crisp, with bright red fruit and refreshing acidity that lead to a clean, vibrant finish at about 12.5% alcohol. This elegant rosé reflects cool-climate purity and balance, making it both refreshing and versatile. Fascinating fact: Seven Stars Rosé Nebula celebrates the clear night skies of the Okanagan Valley, where vineyards are nurtured under starry skies that inspire both winemaking and storytelling. Serve it well-chilled.

Rosé Nebula food pairings: grilled salmon with lemon, watermelon arugula salad, prosciutto and melon skewers, tomato-basil bruschetta.

Deborah Podurgiel WSET IV Candidate - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

It was indeed a Happy New Year with Township 7 Vineyards & Winery's Nebula! From the winery's Seven Stars series, Nebula brut rosé is only one of the beautiful Seven Stars sparklers from this winery! A delicate coral hue in the glass, enchanting, ethereal, soft and lively with ripe peach, red berry, soft citrus flavours delivered on a fine perlage, it is a beautifully balanced and elegant bubble. Chill and enjoy it anytime! Don't wait for a special occasion but make the occasion special ;) Tasted January 2026.
