Reviews and Ratings

Melanie Lloyd - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

I am frequently impressed by Greek wine. This one is no exception. Complex on the nose with notes of black cherry, raspberry, cedar, savory truffle, potpourri, leather, slight eucalyptus and black pepper.

Smooth tannins with fresh and balanced acidity on the palate. Ripe cherry and raspberry flavours and a slightly bitter finish. The flavours linger. Very tasty, easy to drink, and at that price, you can't beat the value.

Pair with meet ravioli in a tomato sauce or with braised beef.

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Excellent value. Aromas of cherry and raspberry, with hints of evergreen and spice. Full bodied on the palate with some soft tannins, ripe fruit and berry notes, and medium acidity, along with a hint of cedar and spice on the finish. Enjoy with any grilled meats.
