Extremely expressive, floral, lots of acidity in this Niagara white wine made from the vibrant Riesling grape. Pair with seafood and pasta dishes in a cream sauce.

Riesling food pairings: grilled chicken with lemongrass stalk, spicy pasta dishes, planked salmon with lemon sauce, duck liver pate, eggs benedict.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Lovely peach and mineral nose on this Niagara Riesling. The luscious palate has rich lemon curd, ripe peach and subtle minerality. Medium-bodied, with a lemon curd finish.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A tasty Ontario Reisling with the characteristic petrol note, pear, minerality, and some tropical fruits. The taste is brightly acidic pear with a touch of lemon. I paired this against some mildly spicy Indian curry dishes and it was quite nice.
This Niagara Riesling is intense and mouth-watering with lots of acidity. Well-made and balanced. - Community Wine Reviews
