Medium-bodied, silky Niagara red wine, with mocha and spice aromas on the nose of this Pinot Noir. Fleshy ripe cherry aromas and flavours on the palate of this medium-bodied, mouth-watering Pinot Noir from Niagara. Very respected winemaker. Pair with salmon or tuna. Lovely craftsmanship. The 2011 vintage of the Tawse Grower’s Blend Pinot Noir has done well, despite a challenging vintage. Pair with roast chicken.

Typical pale garnet. Yum! Dried leaf, caramel, sour cherry, mushroom, tobacco leaf, spicy. With a slight bitter finish.

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Light cherry red with a garnet hue, the nose is very weloming with baking spice, cherry, herbs, dark chocolate. Dry with tart cherry, herbs, and spice. Refreshing acidity with soft tannins make this a great wine to enjoy with cheese or grilled fish or even BBQ pork. Enjoy 2015-2018. Tasted April 2015. 90 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A light (+)-bodied Niagara Pinot Noir with an air of prettiness. Fresh berries and flowers wrapped in silky tannins with clean refreshing acidity. Absolutely food friendly or easily sipped on it's own. Good pepper finish. Pair with grilled pork chops, grilled chicken breast, pizza, or smores by the campfire.
Tasted: May 2016
This Niagara red wine was aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, yet it's beautifully integrated with the ripe berry fruit. Medium-bodied and smooth. Finishes with some dark spice. This is a very elegant and polished Pinot Noir, with layers of dark cherries, red plum, sweet cake spice and forest mushroom. - Community Wine Reviews
