A robust, deep, dark and delicious California red wine. Smooth and supple with aromas of fleshy ripe blackberry, blackcurrant and cedar. Great structure, depth and length. This Californian Cabernet combines elegance and power beautifully. Pair with a pepper steak.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: juicy prime steaks, brisket.

Reviews and Ratings

Mary Anne van Gaal rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

California’s Alexander Valley produces some of my favourite reds and this Cabernet Sauvignon does not disappoint. Aromas of dark ripe berries and vanilla roll into flavours of juicy cherries and baking spice. Rounded tannins provide a velvety finish. This is a perfect wine to pair with a quality grilled steak. Tasted September 16, 2018.
Samer Forzley rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

On the nose: Black cherry, blueberry, blackberry, cassis, baking spice, vanilla, bell pepper.
Taste: Replays of above with primary black cherry, blueberry, and cassis.

Mid acid, mid plus tannins, mid-long finish with blueberry and cassis finish.

Enjoy on its own.
Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This is pure Cali Cabernet, and I'm totally fine with it. Kirsch, linzer torte, plum skin (is there a splash of Merlot here?), warm spice, black tea and loads of vanilla. Hook it to your veins while consuming big steaks. 90 Points.
