Full-bodied and supple with classic aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and cedar. Terrific structure, depth and length. This Californian Cabernet combines elegance and power beautifully. Pair with a rare steak.

Reviews and Ratings

Caitlin Coleman rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Deep ruby colour, lots of vanilla and sweet spice on the nose soon after you get a hit of red and black berries and plums. Mocha on the finish. This wine is sensational!
Sharon Lécuyer rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Smoke aromas of smoke, vanilla and a touch bourbon. Medium-bodied, smooth and dry with lots of mocha. Pleasant and would paid well with dark chocolate. Steep at $30 and in my view not a great value.

Sylvain Segard rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Dark slightly dull ruby red colour. The blackberry, plum, and mint aromas repeat on the palate as juicy and mildly savoury flavours. The medium tannins are still young yet supple. The acidity is sharp and long. Score 88.

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Medium ruby colour with sugared plums, cherry chutney, red licorice candy and Swedish berries. On the palate, rich fruit, vanilla notes, dark chocolate and red fruit gum drops. Medium plus acidity and body. Some sugared sweetness and rich vanilla bean fullness. Pair with meatloaf and lasagna. 87 points
