Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Great price point for this Lodi, California Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas of currant and blackberries, with hints of oak and smoke. Full bodied and smooth with some medium tannins. Fruit is ripe on the palate with more oaky smoke on the finish, and a hint of sweetness (but only 8g/L RS). Enjoy with burgers or marinated beef kebabs.
Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Concentrated dark berry aromas introduce this elegant, oak aged red with flavours of berries, cherries, cedar and spice. Smooth tannins bring heft and delight to this extra dry creation from a family owned vineyard in California’s Lodi appellation. Enjoy.

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Medium ruby in colour. A vibrant and luscious Lodi Cali Cab with plum, red pepper and smoke. There’s also an element of sea kelp and oceanic salinity on the nose. Flavours show cherry, sweet tobacco and earth. Pair with beef tacos or bacon wrapped meatloaf.
