A buttery, rich, round Chardonnay with lovely aromas and flavours of golden apple and pear. Very balanced. Great wine for holiday turkey dinner.
Chardonnay food pairings: roast chicken or braised pork, mussels, oysters and pan fried scallops or as a counterbalance to cut through rich dishes like gnocchi or pasta in cream sauce.

This unoaked Chardonnay is from Niagara on the Lake. Fruity on the nose, I taste mango, pear and apple. It has a bit of lingering sweetness that would pair nicely with mildly spiced food.

slight whiff of paraffin on the nose, and a bit petrol-y. overall, nice melon flavors on the palate, juicy honeydew melon specifically. Honey and orange blossom with a twist of tangerine across the mid, fresh and balanced despite how it shows up front. possibly a tiny bit of vidal? quite possible.

Aromas of tropical fruit, mango, melon. Off dry, with flavours similar to the aromas, with a hint of peach as well. Medium finish, and nice acidity to balance the sweetness. Overall, not what I expecting for an unoaked Chardonnay, but a nice surprise. Would love to try this with a Thai curry or some other spicy dish.

Pretty medium lemon colour. Succulent aromas of tree fruit, stone fruit, honey, honey suckle with secondary vegetal. The wine is medium(-) body, medium acidity, Steely minerality and simplicity.
