Gorgeous depth and concentration of flavour in this iconic BC Pinot Noir, yet it's not heavy at all. Aromas of fleshy ripe black cherries, violets and some dark spice on the nose follow through on the palate. This is seductive Pinot that gives liquid definition to opulence. Pair it with something naughty. Love, love the mouth-watering juiciness! Try it with roast turkey.
Pinot Noir food pairings: herb crusted chicken; roasted lamb; savory slow cooked game.

A beautiful deep garnet Pinot Noir with lots of cherry and spice aromas up from, with new leather, earth, and vanilla secondaries. Silky, juicy cherry and spice with an interesting saltiness to the taste, perhaps from the acidity. Very nice.

Quails' Gate Pinot Noir from B.C.'s Okanagan Valley shows earthy notes with red plums, vanilla and baking spice on the nose. The palate shows red plums, forest floor, spice, cinnamon and cloves. Dry with well-balanced acidity on the mouthfeel. A long spicy red fruit finish. This is a Wow! Pinot.

Dried herbs, cherry, and leather, a lovely BC Pinot, that will make any smoked salmon or charcuterie dish taste even better. Enjoy this summer with cedar planked fish and twice baked cedar planed smashed potatoes. 90 points. Tasted March 2015. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca

This beautiful BC Pinot Noir never disappoints me. Cherry, sweet baking spices, violets, cologne and smooth like velvet ribbons. Good structure and acidity. Always elegant. Always consistent. Always makes me pine for more access to BC wines in Ontario. #freemygrapes

|The grapes for this BC Pinot Noir are sourced from the winery's Mount Boucherie bench vineyard, and most of the vines are more than 20 years old, with deep roots penetrating the multi-layered, freely draining soils. The grapes are cooled and soaked on their skins for a week before wild yeast fermentation is started by warming the vats. After a month on the skins to extract rich and deep colour and flavour, the wine was gently pressed and aged in French oak barrels for 10 months before racking and blending. - Community Wine Reviews|
