Reviews and Ratings

Philippe Perreault - Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Deep purple color with aromas of eucalyptus, plum, oak barrel, vanilla and cherry.

This wine is bold, long and structured.

Pair it with a bison burger.
Serve it between 14-15 degrees.
Ready to drink but can be aged 8-10 years.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Lots of flavour coming from this concentrated Old Vines Foch. Aromas of blueberry, plum, earth and spice. Full bodied and robust on the palate, smooth with a hint of tartness, lots of fruit on the finish along with a hint of pepper. Enjoy with sweet and spicy lentil dishes, ribs, or grilled sausages.
