Poplar Grove Rosé Okanagan Valley is a light, dry rosé from one of the Naramata Bench's founding estates, made from a blend of Bordeaux and Rhône varieties grown on the Holler family's sustainably farmed estate vineyards. The nose opens with rose petal, rhubarb, and white cherry, with a supple, fresh texture on the palate and a clean, bright finish. Serve it well chilled and drink it young. Winemaker Stefan Arnason has been crafting wines at Poplar Grove since 2008, working closely with the Holler family who purchased the estate in 2007 with a long-term vision of building one of Canada's most respected wine properties. Today their four sons, Chris, Andrew, Matthew, and Eric, farm over 160 acres of estate vineyards across the Okanagan Valley. Poplar Grove was one of the original five wineries established on the Naramata Bench when it was founded in 1993.

Rosé food pairings: chilled poached salmon with cucumber and fresh dill, summer salad with grilled peaches and goat cheese, seared scallops with lemon and herb butter.
