One of the best values for non-vintage Champagne on the liquor store shelves. Crisp and toasty, robust and muscular. This is a terrific party bubbly for discerning guests. Pair with fried foods or shellfish.

Reviews and Ratings

Terry Jeans - Certified S rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Toasty, bready apple and citrus on the nose, with a fine balance of acidity and depth. Minerality, acid and slight sweetness make this fantastic for a special occasion and well worth the money.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Great typical aromas including bread, yeast, butter, crisp green apple and lemon. Crisp with fine bubbles promoting the citrus and apple notes on the palate, as well a bit of minerality. Crisp and refreshing. Perfect with oysters or for holiday celebrations.
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

The Piper-Heidsieck Brut is 12% ABV, brilliant pale straw, with aromatics of toast, green apple, stone fruit, wet stone minerality. This is a fantastic crowd pleaser and a great wine to have on hand for special occasions and festivities any time of year. Enjoy now, pair with almost anything.

Pale gold, small uniform bubbles, lovely nose with brioche, citrus and apple. Fine mouse on the palate, dry with biscuit/bread notes, lemon citrus, apple and toast. Beautiful Champagne

Loads of fresh orchard fruit (apple, pear, apricot) and wet stone minerality on the nose. Incredibly mouthwatering, crisp and light bodied with a medium-short refreshing finish. Pair with oysters, crab legs or shrimp cocktail. Updated Oct 2016. @sommsosa | Bespoketastongs.ca
Ashley Quesnel rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This is clean and fresh with the typical aromas of mineral, citrus and baked bread that one would associate with champagne. A great introductory champagne.

Light straw colour; dry and medium-bodied with fine bubbles and rich yeasty aromas; biscuits and apricot fruit flavours with a crisp finish
