Smoky raspberry and black cherry with a hint of sweet cherry in behind it. The taste is juicy black and red cherry with medium-plus acidity, a little fine tannin, and a long cherry finish.

This Sonoma Pinot Noir is light ruby in colour with aromas of raspberry, strawberry jam and sweet smoke. It is medium bodied with light tannins and crisp acidity with red fruit flavours on the plate and a lingering cherry finish. This will pair well with chicken, pork or salmon. (Tasted on March 26, 2017)

Dark ruby in colour. Ripe black fruits and toasty oak on the nose. Full-bodied and moderately firm on the palate, with baked black fruit flavours and slightly chewy tannins. Needs time for the oak to integrate. Not overly complex.

Violet hints on the robe. Aromas of cooked raspberries. For those who like more robust pinot noir, this will please you. I prefer mine with more balance and nerves. This is a well-made product. Would pair well with venison + red fruit sauce.
