Lots of juicy, racy acidity to pair well with dishes that have a citrus accent. This medium-bodied BC white wine is made from the Semillon grape. Aromas of lemon and lanolin.

Semillon food pairings: smoked salmon and cream cheese, grilled ocean perch with lemon-herb sauce, summer salads topped with pan-fried scallops.

Reviews and Ratings

Julian Park rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Newly released 2013 Semillon. Grapes from Mt. Boucherie's Similkameen Valley vineyard. No oak. Citrus aromas - lemon, lemongrass, mandarin orange. On the palate crisp, vibrant and well balanced with a long finish. Excellent with shellfish.
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Tangy and tasty, light bodied, light citrus, savoury, lanolin. Paired well with citrus-drizzled filet of sole. Tasted 2013 vintage in Dec 2017. 88 points
