Menage a Trois of Napa goes to Italy and this is the result. Made with 100% Glera grapes that are traditionally used in Italian Prosecco. Light aromas of green apple and a touch floral. Off dry with some good acidity and a clean crisp finish.
This would be great in a Bellini, a traditional cocktail that originated in Venice; Prosecco mixed with peach puree or nectar.

Pleasant aromas of green apple, lime zest, grassy notes and minerality. The palate is off-dry with medium acidity, a lush mouthfeel and a long floral finish. A great pair with holiday brunch. Tasted Nov 2015.

This is a fun one, best with a drop of cassis to make a Kir (or as Lori suggests, a Bellini), however. There are other, better proseccos at this price point if you want to drink it straight up.
