As you can guess Vivant is a lively and zesty rosé with bright red berry, strawberry, pink florals, citrus and light herb flavours finishing citrus zesty on the palate. Vibrant acidity for food, this is a medium-bodied, dry Pinot Noir rosé. Enjoy with a charcuterie board and creamy cheeses. Produced from free-run, gently pressed Pinot Noir wine grapes from the Beamsville Bench, Niagara Escarpment wine region. A food-friendly, easy-to-enjoy rosé on its own, brunch or lunch.

Rosé food pairings: soft herbal cheeses with dried fruit, strawberry and spinach salad with poppy seed dressing, fresh oysters or citrus poached shrimp.

Reviews and Ratings

Trent Mayers rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

100% Pinot Noir, it's pale pink with vibrant sweet red cherry and pear on the nose added raspberry, strawberry and cranberry on the palate, and finishing with some lemon, grapefruit, and green apple. Very good Rose that would pair very well with cuisine with tomatoes, black olives, and garlic, or with seafood like grilled salmon. 3.5+ stars out of 5.
Malivoire Vivant 2019 is a vibrant Pinot Noir Rosé from the Beamsville Bench, Niagara Escarpment wine region produced from sustainably-farmed wine grapes. Vivacious indeed with fresh strawberries, red berries, watermelon, soft citrus flavours with a mouth-watering flinty mineral finish. Vegan, food-friendly and delicious, pair with brunch fare or Dijon grilled chicken breasts. - Community Wine Reviews
