Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Consistently delicious year after year. Aromas of strawberry, black cherry, black pepper and some earthy notes. Medium bodied, lots of ripe cherry and raspberry on the palate, and a bit of a spicy finish. This would pair well with a range of foods, enjoy with pork, chicken, grilled vegetables or salmon.
Lynn van der Linde - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A bright and lively Gamay! Invigorating aromas of sweet cherries, violets and a hint of vanilla carry through to a spicy cherry finish.
A beautiful expression of Gamay, from the Niagara region that does it best!
Tasted March 2020.
Jagmohan Kumar rated this wine as 85/100
Supple, smooth and juicy best describes this Gamay from Malivoire in the Niagara Peninsula wine region. Fragrant with ripe strawberry, black cherry, black pepper and some earthy notes, the wine is dry, medium bodied with plenty of refreshing juicy red berry fruit and pepper spice flavours. Lightly chill and pour with lamb and veggie kebabs. - Community Wine Reviews
