Reviews and Ratings

David Skinner rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Dark ruby. Nose is generously graced by plum, blackberry and dark cherry supported by smokey pepper. Medium bodied and gentle tannins with medium high acidity ideal for food pairing options. The palate reflects the nose with dark fruit and spices, featuring blackberry and plum that linger on a long finish. Great with venison or a wild boar terrine but could easily find a friend in robust ragout.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Tons of flavour! Aromas of blackberry and blueberry, along with some oaky spicy notes. Full bodied, with some young, grippy tannins, bright acidity and ripe berry flavours on the palate with a lengthy finish. Enjoy with a grilled steak.
