Reviews and Ratings

Deborah Podurgiel Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Nicely balanced acidity on the 2017 Sauvignon Blanc from Lake Breeze Vineyards. Love the soft grassy, dried pineapple chive flavours and balanced lemon zest finish lingering on the palate - a very quaffable SB either on its own or with an herbed quiche or a spring greens salad topped with fresh steamed shrimp. Enjoy now. Tasted December 2019.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Summer in a glass! Aromas of lemongrass, green peas, and a hint of pineapple. Dry, with tart lemony notes on the palate, and medium+ acidity (maybe not as much as I expected, which was a nice surprise) and some herbaceous flavours coming through on the finish. . Enjoy this with fresh summer salads and sunshine on a patio.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
