A refreshing, come-alive Crémant with great displays of white pear and green apple crispness. This is an amazing price for this sparkling wine. Great aperitif. This vibrant sparkling rosé wine is made from all Pinot Noir grapes which lends it a lovely salmon hue as well as notes of field raspberries. Dry and refreshing. Pair with shellfish.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Fine fluffy bubbles with lively aromas of field strawberries, melon rind, toasted baguettes and delectable yeasty undertones. Flavours are equally enlivened with raspberry torte, freshly cut tarragon herbs and refreshing pink citrus. A delicate wet stony gravel note follows closely behind. Balanced and lovely with a lingering kiss of strawberry. An alternative to champagne at an exquisite price point. Enjoy!
Luc Delorme rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This sparkler is very fresh and mouth-watering, with high effervescence. Citrus and green apple lead the show along with slight tropical fruit and watermelon notes. The high acidity keeps the finish clean and short.

This would be a good pairing for shellfish or sushi, or as a mouth-watering introduction to a multi-course meal.
From Alsace Joseph Cattin Crémant d'Alsace Rosé is made in the traditional method. Pretty salmon colour in the glass, look for sweet red berries, lemon flavours on this zesty sparkler. - Community Wine Reviews
