Loaded with rich cherry-berry flavour delivered on a satin texture with medium- to full-bodied weight. A blackberry-infused finish makes this wine go down slippery fast. This red wine that can be served slightly chilled. Pair with: salmon carpaccio, grilled tuna and sea bass, wild mushroom risotto, bee and past marinara.
Pinot Noir food pairings: traditional clove studded baked ham, split pea soup, roast turkey, grilled salmon.

This light red wine is perfect for a dinner with friends and a perfectly BBQ'd tenderloin steak. We are visiting our good friends Devon and Gary in Kelowna (Wine Country) and this wine was Gary's choice...fabulous....but be warned...one bottle is not enough!

I think our cool Canadian climate is ideal for growing Pinot Noir, and this is proof. It is one of those rare Pinot Noir's under $20 that will surprise you. On the nose and on the palate the great flavours of plums and strawberries makes it easy to drink with food or all by itself.

This is a light-to-medium red wine, perfect for sipping and entertaining. It is a dry wine, yet very flavourful. Ripe berry aromas, particularly raspberry and blackberry, with a stand-out cherry flavour. I would purchase this Pinot Noir again.

The 2011 Inniskillin Wines Pinot Noir is a light to medium bodied, fruity wine, with intense aromas of rosehip, raspberry, dark chocolate and cedar. It has refined tannins (decant for 30 min), is quite acidic and has a medium to long, oaky and limestone finish. This wine is food friendly and should be consumed in the next 1-2 years (plastic cork – keep standing up). My impression: nose does not match the palate, strong acidity. Rated at 88 pts. Tasted Oct/12.

This Pinot smells as though it has been aged a bit even though it has not. Fruit comes through with cherry and even some olive notes, then some earthiness as it sits a bit. The tannins are juicy and the wine is easy drinking. I don't get enough of the Pinot Noir silkyness or a long enough finish to rate this wine too high, but a nice easy drinking wine for sure.

Nice Pinot. Needs a bit of aging. Light, fruity, soft on the the palate. Acidity of cranberry, pomegranate.

Red currant, iodine and smoke aromas. Light-to-medium bodied with currant, pomegranate, cranberry on the palate. Some plummy notes on the mid-palate, hints of raisin. Very good acidity with a medium finish. Chalky tannins need a couple of years, but easy drinking right now. Tasted Oct/2012.

This smooth textured with medium bodied wine could take the strong taste of onion, but didn't knock out the cheese. It's blackberry finish make it a new pinot pick for me. Well priced, with a big juicy taste.

Good price point but its not silky enough to be great for my $$. Maybe it needs some more time (2-3 yrs) and then it would appeal to me more. My wife certainly didn't complain that I opened it!

Semi-transparent ruby, this wine offers sweet cherry/berry aromas, subtle herbs and earthy notes. Dry, medium bodied, silky yet quite structured, juicy acidity frames tasty red fruit, a garnish of sweet spice and toasty oak lingering on the dry finish. Enjoy with grilled salmon or with Bothwell`s Madagascar Green Pepper Cheese.

A very light Pinot Noir, a bit tight, with a tartness to it reminiscent of sour cherry and cranberries. Juicy and acidic, this wine is not for everyone and should probably be decanted and left to breathe before drinking.
|After de-stemming and crushing, these grapes were fermented using a specific strain of yeast in stainless steel at an average temperature of 24 C. It was then aged in new French oak for 6 months and allowed to undergo complete malolactic fermentation.|
This Pinot Noir has aromas of ripe cherry, vanilla and a hint of spice with integrated flavours of plum and cedar ending with firm tannins on the finish.
