A gorgeous, toasty, creamy Champagne with notes of green apple and freshly baked bread. Awesome price for such quality. This is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay grapes. Pair with shellfish.

Champagne food pairings: lightly spiced curry dishes, lamb stew, white turkey meat, tacos.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Shows brioche & lemon with tart apricot on nose and crisp palate-flavourful and exhilarating with very fine mousse. Serve with candlelight and special occasions.
Tasted May 2018
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A crisp tart and highly acidic bubbly. Special years are declared vintage Champagne and this one made the cut due to its warm August and sunny September. Tart green apple, baked brioche and a citrus element of lime leaf. Long finish with persistence of apple Brioche and kafir lime leaf. A value priced option for special celebrations. Enjoy with anything and any time of day. Tasted Jan 2017. Rated 91/100.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Gorgeous floral, cooked apricot, orange peel and brioche aromas leads way to a pronounced saline mineral and pithy citrus flavours. It's crisp, refreshing and pairs well with sushi and sashimi. A touch to minerality for my taste though. Tasted Jan 2017 - @sommsosa / bespoketasting.ca
