Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Delicate and well-blended Riesling with light peach, citrus and slight minerality. Enjoy with sushi.
Tasted Feb. 2018
Melanie Lloyd - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This bright Riesling has aromas of peach, pineapple caramelized on the barbecue, as well as mineral notes, honey and orange blossom. On the palate, it is dry with juicy peach flavours, clementine, and lime. It is dry, tart, and lovely.

Tasted January 2018
Heimberger (2015) is a bone-dry Riesling with mouth-watering acidity, crunchy apple, lime, fresh green herbs on the palate. The Riesling wine grapes for this medium-weight Riesling were hand-harvested from old-vines Riesling grown in marl, sand and limestone soils. Pair with a rich, creamy pasta and seafood dish or a coquilles St. Jacques. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
