The Glera grapes for Giusti Asolo Superiore Prosecco were sourced from vines planted in red clay soils. Fragrant with a lively and persistent mousse of ripe pear, apple citrus zest and fine herb flavours on the palate, chill and enjoy this zesty sparkler on its own or with a spring greens salad.

Prosecco Superiore food pairings: seafood in a citrus cream sauce, beef, gorgonzola, salads, seafood canapes, fresh veggies and dip.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This Giusti brut is made from hand-picked estate fruit. Showing crisp, tart mouthfeel with prominent orchard fruit. Enjoy these bubbles with almost anything or on it's own. Tasted @VanWineFest 2016 @jonsteeves rated 89/100
Greg Hughes rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This wine is not just another Prosecco. It's from Asolo, the rarest of the DOCG terroirs of Veneto. It's a brut, so it's quite dry ( most commercial proseccos are an extra dry, which is a smidge sweeter). It's an excellently made, fresh wine that pairs with a myriad of food. Chicken, fish, capicollo, popcorn, risotto, shrimp, ham, cobb salad... I could go on.
Excellent carbonation. Beautiful, deep lemon colouration.
Aromas of lemon, banana, pineapple, and dried apple.
Juicy and delicious. There are wonderful flavours of melon, guava, more pineapple, and quince. Refreshing acidity. Great persistence. Well made.
If this review seems ebullient, it's because these wines are so much rarer than their contemporaries and they're fantastic. If you are a prosecco fan, don't miss this one!
This wine is mostly Glera fermented with wild yeasts. Giusti claim to be the largest land owning producer in Veneto.
Philippe Perreault - Sommelier rated this wine as 81/100 with the following review:

This Prosecco is made of Glera (100%)

It's green/yellow color with aromas of green apple, verbena and pear.
This sparkling is fresh with a good lasting finish.

Ready to drink now.
Serve it between 6-8 degrees.
Pair it with a Pork loin, maple and pear sauce.
Giusti Brut Asolo is a Prosecco for the Veneto wine region and made from 100% Glera wine grapes. Easy to enjoy and great value as well. - Community Wine Reviews
