From well-known producer, Gérard Bertrand, this Reserve Speciale Viognier is a classic with floral, citrus, honey and ginger on the nose, dry with lemon zest, mandarin, peach, ginger spice flavours and creamy on the palate. With a vibrant acidity made for food, pair it with a roast chicken or turkey dish.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Lovely! So fragrant, with aromas of tangerine, rose, honeysuckle, mango, and a hint of spice. Medium bodied with more spice on the palate balanced with citrus and tropical fruit notes. Enjoy with fresh seafood and white fish dishes.
Love this Reserve Speciale Viognier (2016) from well-known producer, Gérard Bertrand and from the south of France. Fantastic value under $15 as well. Classic floral, citrus, honey and ginger on the nose, medium-bodied and dry with lemon zest, soft orange, ripe stone fruit, ginger spice flavours and creamy on the palate wrapped up in zesty acidity. Made for food, pair this Viognier with a roast chicken. - Community Wine Reviews
