Dry white floral notes: perfect aperitif or seafood companion when you are bored out of your mind with Pinot Grigio. Think aromatics similar to Muscat and Gewürztraminer. Pair with seafood.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

An aromatic nose with delicate white florals and orange blossom , while the palate gives honey, peach, grapefruit, orange and white floral notes. A long orange finish. Rather like a Muscat.
Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

A rare and new varietal for me - Irsai Olivér and fun it was! A delightful pale straw colour with an aromatic bouquet of baked apples, tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, lily of the valley, perfume and a faint touch of petrol. Flavours are vibrant and fresh showing crisp Macintosh apples, lemon curd, snow peas, pickled ginger and soft delicate splashed of minerality at the back. Drier than expected, which was a fun surprise with the Muscat like qualities and characteristics. A truly enjoyable experience to try. Paired nicely with pineapple chicken. 88 points
This pretty dry Bulgarian white wine is worth a try even if you aren't pronounce the wine's name. It's a great alternative to others whites when you want something expressive in your glass. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
